Στην Melissa Greek Designer, η ικανοποίηση των πελατών μας είναι η πρώτη μας προτεραιότητα. Εάν για οποιοδήποτε λόγο δεν είστε πλήρως ικανοποιημένες με την αγορά σας, μπορείτε να επιστρέψετε τα προϊόντα σύμφωνα με τους παρακάτω όρους και προϋποθέσεις: 

 1. Διάρκεια Επιστροφής - Οι επιστροφές γίνονται δεκτές εντός 14 ημερολογιακών ημερών από την ημερομηνία παραλαβής των προϊόντων. 

2. Προϋποθέσεις Επιστροφής - Τα προϊόντα πρέπει να βρίσκονται στην αρχική τους κατάσταση, χωρίς να έχουν φορεθεί ή πλυθεί. - Όλα τα αρχικά καρτελάκια και ετικέτες πρέπει να είναι άθικτα και προσαρτημένα στα προϊόντα. - Τα προϊόντα πρέπει να συνοδεύονται από την απόδειξη αγοράς.

3. Εξαιρέσεις - Εσώρουχα, και μαγιό που δεν φέρουν την πλαστική μεμβράνη δεν επιστρέφονται για λόγους υγιεινής. - Προϊόντα που έχουν καταστραφεί από χρήση δεν γίνονται δεκτά για επιστροφή. 

4. Διαδικασία Επιστροφής - Για να ξεκινήσετε τη διαδικασία επιστροφής, επικοινωνήστε μαζί μας στο 6989720751 ή στο mail melissagreekdesigner@gmail.com εντός της προθεσμίας επιστροφής. Συσκευάστε τα προϊόντα προσεκτικά και αποστείλετε τα στη διεύθυνσή μας: Κύπρου 35 Βύρωνας Τηλ: 6989720751. Τα έξοδα επιστροφής και αποστολής βαρύνουν τον πελάτη, εκτός εάν πρόκειται για ελαττωματικό ή λανθασμένο προϊόν. 

5. Επιστροφές Χρημάτων - Μόλις παραλάβουμε και ελέγξουμε τα επιστρεφόμενα προϊόντα, ξεκινάει η διαδικασία της επιστροφής των χρημάτων το χρονικό περιθώριο είναι δέκα μέρες από την ημερομηνία παραλαβής των επιστρεφόμενων προϊόντων. Στην περίπτωση επιστροφής χρημάτων ο πελάτης επιβαρύνεται τα έξοδα αποστολής και επιστροφής ανάλογα με τις εκάστοτε χρεώσεις στη  περιοχή του σύμφωνα με την Γενική Ταχυδρομική με την οποία συνεργαζόμαστε. 

 6. Ανταλλαγές - Σε περίπτωση που επιθυμείτε να ανταλλάξετε ένα προϊόν, παρακαλούμε να επικοινωνήσετε μαζί μας για να ελέγξουμε τη διαθεσιμότητα του νέου προϊόντος. - Οι ανταλλαγές γίνονται δεκτές μόνο αν τα προϊόντα που επιστρέφονται πληρούν τις προϋποθέσεις επιστροφής. Σε αυτήν την περίπτωση αν η παραγγελία σας ξεπερνά τα 100 euro το κόστος των μεταφορικών της πρώτης  αλλαγής καλύπτεται από την εταιρία μας για παραγγελίες εντός Ελλάδας.

Return Policy

At Melissa Greek Designer, customer satisfaction is our first priority. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return the products according to the terms and conditions below:

1. Return Period - Returns are accepted within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the products.
2. Return Conditions - The products must be in their original condition, without having been worn or washed. - All original tags and labels must be intact and attached to the products. - The products must be accompanied by the purchase receipt.
3. Exceptions - Underwear and swimwear that do not have the plastic membrane are not returnable for hygiene reasons. - Products that have been damaged from use are not accepted for return.

Pack the products carefully and send them to our address: Kyprou 35 Vyronas Tel: 6989720751. The return and shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless it is a defective or wrong product.
5. Refunds - Once we receive and check the returned products, the refund process begins; the time frame is ten days from the date of receipt of the returned products. In the case of a refund, the customer is charged the shipping and return costs according to the respective charges in their area according to Geniki Tachidromiki with which we cooperate.
6. Exchanges - In case you wish to exchange a product, please contact us to check the availability of the new product. - Exchanges are accepted only if the returned products meet the return conditions. In this case, if your order exceeds 100 euro the cost of the first exchange shipping is covered by our company for orders within Greece.

Η Melissa Greek Designer συνεργάζεται με την Γενική Ταχυδρομική και με την Box Now οι παραγγελίες στέλνονται από εμάς το γρηγορότερο δυνατό. Τα έξοδα αποστολής της παραγγελίας σας καλύπτονται από την εταιρία μας για παραγγελίες εντός Ελλάδας. Στην περίπτωση που επιθυμείτε την αποστολή της παραγγελίας σας με την Box Now διαλέξτε το πλησιέστερο Box και στείλτε mail είτε sms με το όνομα σας και το επιλεγμένο box στα παρακάτω στοιχεία  Τηλ: 6989720751 ή στο mail melissagreekdesigner@gmail.com . 

Οι αποστολές για την Κύπρο έχουν έξοδα μεταφορικών 7 euro και στέλνονται αποκλειστικά με την Box Now, τα μεταφορικά είναι δωρεάν για παραγγελίες άνω των 170 euro.

Shipping costs for your order are covered by our company for deliveries within Greece.
